2017 Falling Walls Lab

Falling Walls Lab 2017

For the second consecutive year, with support from Paris Sciences & Lettres, Chimie ParisTech is hosting this international forum for innovative and talented young researchers.

On September 29, as part of the Falling Walls Lab initiative, Chimie ParisTech’s iconic Friedel Amphitheater will welcome young researchers, students and entrepreneurs, who will have the opportunity to present their research and entrepreneurial projects to a jury of experts chaired by Claudie Haigneré before an audience of onlookers.

The purpose of the Falling Walls Lab initiative is to promote the next generation of major innovators and foster international and interdisciplinary exchanges. Falling Walls Labs are conducted simultaneously at universities around the world, in over 60 cities spanning more than 50 countries.

The winners from the international Labs, who are selected by their jury on the day they give their presentation, will travel to Berlin on November 8 to present their projects.

We encourage potential candidates from all over France, including students, student engineers, doctoral candidates, post-doctoral researchers and innovators, to take part in this annual challenge and showcase your project before a jury of experts!
