Fakathon

Result of the digital revolution, but also of older and deeper phenomena (crisis of the authorities, rise of relativism and irrationalism, mechanisms of rumor), the phenomena of disinformation online, also known as "fake news" is alarming. As a civic, economic, political and scientific issue, this phenomena opens up a vast debate and discussion, both practical and intellectual, in order to better understand the issue of fake news and address as necessary.

This is the purpose of the #Fakathon: a hackathon of ideation and collaborative computer programming, from June 29th to July 1st, 2018, organized by Université PSL with Futurs.io innovation consulting agency, on the site University Paris-Dauphine.
