While the students were taking some rest during the holidays before the beginning of a new semester, the musicians of the PSL Orchestra and Choir crossed the continent to perform in front of a new audience: People's Republic of China! A program that took all the best music Europe has to offer with Mozart's Clarinet Concerto in A Major or Saint-Saëns' Introduction and rondo capriccioso. It is therefore at the end of nine concerts in the Canton region that our musicians are back and they will let us hear the music that thrilled the Chinese public throughout the holidays. Not to be missed!
Evening program:
Camille SAINT-SAËNS, Introduction and Rondo capriccioso
Wolfgang-Amadeus MOZART, Clarinet Concerto in A major K.622

Orchestra and Choir PSL:
Open to all university students and staff, the PSL Orchestra and Choir offers an innovative and original repertoire composed of the most varied styles of music.
The Symphony Orchestra is conducted by Johan Farjot with the support of a permanent team of six professionals providing musical supervision, including Arnaud Thorette, first violin. Students, professors and PSL staff members make up the rest of the orchestra. Soloists of international stature are also invited, offering students the opportunity to meet some of the famous names in musical performances.
