Schubert's Mass

Franz Schubert

The PSL Orchestra and Choir welcomes you to the Sorbonne's Grand Amphi for a concert in Schubert's honour!

A tragic genius too little known in his lifetime, Schubert is for us a romantic hero, the very type of the ignored artist who is became a giant for posterity. An undisputed master of song, he has inspired generations of artists in Austria and elsewhere. Under the direction of Johan Farjot, the PSL Orchestra and Choir will invite the Robinson College Choir of Cambridge, as well as the University of London Chamber Choir and the GPEI Choir of Namur to offer you an exceptional evening with Mass No. 6 in E flat major.

Evening program:
