The situation of liberalism

This event has two simultaneous objectives: on the one hand, to dispel some of the ambiguities raised by the term "liberalism" and, on the other hand, to clarify the current situation of "liberal" societies. This will involve comparing the views of economists and philosophers on topics as diverse as the rise of "illiberal" claims, the current balance of power, the foundations of redistribution principles, the relationship between economic liberalism and political liberalism.
