Nathalie Coste Cerdan, Executive Director, Raoul Peck, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and the Research Department of La Fémis, in association with the Centre Ressources et Savoirs of PSL, are pleased to invite you to the second evening of "Paroles de cinéastes", a program of unreleased lectures from the archives of La Fémis.
Discover more than thirty years of archives of table rondes, master classes, conferences and debates organized at the Fémis, which highlight the voice of filmmakers. Among the filmmakers in the spotlight are David Cronenberg, Frederick Wiseman, Jean Rouch, Alain Tanner, Guy Maddin, Agnès Varda, Bruno Dumont and Damien Manivel.
Through the commentary of unreleased excerpts, the critic Jean-Michel Frodon and the filmmaker Benoît Jacquot will comment on these fragments of the history of cinema.
This screening evening comes with launch of a new series of conferences on the La Fémis website and on the digital library of PSL-Explore, the knowledge dissemination site of the UniversitéPSL.
