QS 2024 thematic rankings: PSL ranks among the world's top in 40 disciplines
On April 10 2024, Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) revealed the results of its thematic ranking of world universities for 2024. Once again, Université PSL stands out as a world leader, this year in 40 disciplines.
With 40 disciplines ranked, three more than in 2023, PSL University maintains its position alongside prestigious international institutions, as a research university covering a wide range of disciplines at the highest level. It retains its place in the world's Top 20 in Natural Sciences, ranked 14th, and Mathematics, ranked 18th.

In 2024, the thematic QS ranking evaluated 1559 institutions in 5 major fields and 55 disciplines. The evaluation is based on several criteria: academic, employer, citations, H-Index, IRN.

Université PSL is ranked 41st in the Shanghai ranking, 21st in CWUR, 24th in QS (Quacquarelli Symonds), 3rd in THE (Times Higher Education) best young universities. It is also one of THE's top 50 universities worldwide.
