The future: how long is the waiting time?

The time we are living in, that of the "ecological transition", is characterized by feelings of urgency that are associated with waiting. Questions arise from being in the dark: when will the frequently promised changes take place, for better or for worse? This symposium aims to break down the notion of time and forecasting, in the form of an interdisciplinary dialogue.

Two debates will take place at the end of the morning and afternoon sessions. They will be moderated respectively by Christian Gollier, invited professor at the Collège de France, economist, and Thierry Derez, Chairman and CEO of Covéa.
