Organized by the EELISA working group dedicated to equality and inclusion, this roundtable will bring together mentors from the first EELISA PhD Mentorship Program, for a discussion about the value of institutional mentorship in academia. Registration required
The EELISA Mentorship Programme was launched in February 2026 as an initiative to strengthen equity, diversity and inclusion across the EELISA Alliance. Open to PhD candidates from all disciplines and EELISA institutions, the programme combines one-to-one mentoring with senior researchers and training activities. It seeks to support PhD candidates in navigating academic careers, address systemic barriers affecting underrepresented groups, and contribute to a long-term, cross-institutional mentoring community across EELISA universities.
To close the first edition of the mentorship program, a roundtable is organized by Université PSL at Mines Paris - PSL, with the mentors and mentees involved. Registration required.
