President of the Université PSL El Mouhoub Mouhoud received his doctorate in economics in 1991 from Paris I Sorbonne. He taught as a University Lecturer at Université d’Evry Val d’Essonne, then at Bretagne Occidentale and Université de Paris 13, before joining Dauphine-PSL in 2006. His work focuses on the effects of globalization of the labor market, the competitiveness of territories, business relocation and offshoring, international migration, and development in the North African/Middle Eastern region. He has authored close to 100 scholarly articles and contributed to around twenty books, including Mondialisation et délocalisation des entreprises (2017) and L’immigration en France (2017). El Mouhoub Mouhoud has also served as Scientific Adviser at Commissariat Général du Plan, an advisory group to the prime minister (1995-2007) and as a consultant to the OECD, the UN, and the World Bank. Vice-President, Research and Innovation Anne Christophe, CNRS research director in cognitive sciences, is a specialist in language acquisition in young children. A graduate of École Polytechnique, she completed her PhD at the LSCP, where she continued her career, becoming director and later Deputy Director for Sciences on September 1, 2019. Her research explores how young children use their syntactic knowledge to understand unknown words. A member of the French National Education Scientific Council until July 2024, she also contributed to the creation and development of the PSL Master’s program in Cognitive Sciences. Involved in science communication and committed to gender equality, she has contributed to documentaries on language development and initiatives supporting women in science. In January 2025, Anne Christophe was appointed Vice President for Research, Science, and Society at Université PSL.

His research focuses on machine learning applied to language and speech processing, fields in which he has published numerous recognized works. He holds a PhD in signal processing and is qualified to supervise research in computer science. He held various academic positions at French institutions before joining PSL, where he leads several programs in artificial intelligence and data science (DATA cross-disciplinary program). He is heavily involved in structuring research and training (scientific director of the CMA-IA program) and actively contributes to the scientific community by promoting interdisciplinary exchanges and supporting the development of artificial intelligence for science.

President and CEO of Inserm Physician and Researcher, Prof. Didier Samuel was appointed President and CEO of Inserm, during the Council of Ministers of February 1, 2023, on the proposition of the Minister of Higher Education and Research and the Minister of Health and Prevention. Dean of the Paris-Saclay Faculty of Medicine since 2017, he chaired the Conference of Deans of Medicine between 2022 and 2023. He also headed the National Research Coordination Committee, until he took up his position as CEO of Inserm. Since 2005, he has been leading a research unit at Inserm dedicated to the pathophysiology and treatment of liver diseases. His expertise in the field of liver diseases and liver transplantation is internationally recognized, and he was a member of the International Society of Hepatic Transplantation from 2007 to 2015.

Director of INRIA Paris research centre Eric Fleury has been a Professor in the Computer Science Department at ENS Lyon since 2007. From 2012 to 2017, he was Deputy Head of Science at Inria Grenoble - Rhône-Alpes Research Centre He also led the joint project team DANTE, in partnership with the CNRS, Université Claude Bernard (Lyon 1) and ENS Lyon. Éric Fleury is a member of the Board of IXXI (Rhône-Alpes Complex Systems Institute) and a member of the MILYON Labex Executive Committee. His research focuses on Network Science and modelling large-scale dynamic networks (e.g. social networks and sensor networks), as well as on analysing information spreading processes within such networks. Éric Fleury managed the Future Internet of Things platform (FIT IoT-LAB), an Equipex experimental facility made up of wireless communication and sensor networks, designed to experiment on communicating objects and the Internet of Things. He is a Knight of France's National Order of Merit.
