Delegating signing authority

Based on Article 712-2 of the Education Code, Article 23 of the Université PSL bylaws provides, in paragraph 24, that the President may delegate his signing authority to the Vice-Presidents, the executive directors, the heads of the component institutions, other category A employees of Université PSL or its Component Schools, and, for matters concerning the Component Schools, departments and research units formed with other higher education or research organizations, to their heads.
